WBSS WBSS allows you to manage your inventory, manage customer repairs, sell parts as part of a repair or as a separate work order and keep track of loaner inventory. Work Orders
  • Acts as a container for multiple job orders, allowing you to receive several jobs from the same individual at once without re-entering information
  • Enter work orders for individuals, members of a corporate customer or members of an associate
  • Allow corporate customers or your associates to enter work orders into your system directly for a configurable percentage commission
  • Allow your associates to set-up their own major accounts
    • Major accounts may have their own login
    • Allows better tracking of the end customer
  • Link several accounts to get a bird's eye view - for instance, a client might deal with you directly and indirectly via one or more associates. The client would have separate accounts with each of the associates, so each associate could only see work orders relating to them, but the client would be able to see all of their work orders from a single login

  • Create an automatically up-to-date e-commerce site using your available inventory
  • Upload pictures and descriptions of each item.
  • Inventory available for e-commerce is determined explicitly, so that you never sell an item online unless you want to
  • Sell parts that are in stock, and take orders for parts that are not in stock but available soon
